Birthday Gifts for summer

This time of year we have a ton of birthday parties. I love to give unique handmade gifts. So when we got invited to a party for one of my favorite little girls, I knew I had to come up with something special. So little miss E and I talked it over and decided she needed some fun beach/pool gear. And this is what we came up with:
